Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:

- You received the wrong product
- The product does not match the description on the website
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned in original packaging
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Items that show signs of wear, damage after use, or tampering will not be eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items bought on sale or promotional offers
- Gift cards or digital products
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Customized or personalized jewellery (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at care@zevel.pk within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and clear images of the product
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps
- Once approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to us
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products if:
- You received a defective or damaged item
- You received the wrong product
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your payment provider
